What You'll Work On

  • Assemble electronic components, circuit boards, and wiring harnesses per schematics, work instructions, and IPC-A-610 standards
  • Perform soldering, crimping, tinning, and conformal coating using approved techniques
  • Apply adhesives, masking/de-masking, and install hardware as required
  • Operate hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively
  • Conduct functional testing and inspection to ensure compliance with AS9100 and FAA requirements
  • Maintain accurate production records and complete data entry for assembly operations
  • Follow all safety, ESD, and regulatory guidelines and report unsafe conditions promptly
  • Keep work area clean and organized in accordance with 6S principles
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve assembly issues and support continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training or IPC certification preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in electronics assembly or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, assembly instructions, and process documentation
  • Basic math skills and proficiency with hand tools and measuring instruments
  • Good vision for detailed work, including color differentiation

Work Environment

This role is based on site in Tucson, Arizona on our manufacturing floor. Work involves moderate noise and exposure to chemicals, adhesives, and ESD-sensitive components. PPE and safety protocols are required. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 25 lbs. regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs.) is required.
