Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electromechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in motors, pumps, HVAC systems, conveyors, PLC-controlled machinery, and related systems.
Implement maintenance plans to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Conduct regular inspections and performance monitoring of systems to ensure compliance with operational standards.
Support installation and commissioning of new equipment or system upgrades.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and documentation of repair work.
Collaborate with production, operations, and safety teams to resolve maintenance issues.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance system performance.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.
