Job Identification

We are looking for Electromechanic in Tashkent Plant

What We Expect

Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of utility and energy equipment across the Mega Plant, including wastewater treatment facilities, CO₂ plant, boiler house, compressor stations, and service center equipment.

Monitor the technical condition of equipment and perform inspections to prevent breakdowns, production interruptions, and equipment failures.

Participate in the preparation of maintenance schedules, repair plans, spare parts requests, and technical specifications for equipment and components.

Support installation, commissioning, testing, and acceptance of new equipment and technical systems.

Maintain accurate shift logs, recording completed works, equipment malfunctions, corrective actions, and operational status.

Analyze equipment performance, identify causes of premature wear, failures, and downtime, and recommend improvement actions.

Contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing equipment reliability, extending service life, reducing repair costs, and improving operational efficiency.

Participate in technical inspections, equipment calibration, and optimization of operating parameters to ensure safe and efficient performance.

Follow all Occupational Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Environmental, and Company compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Secondary specialized or technical vocational education in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Equipment Maintenance, or a related technical field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance, electromechanical systems, utilities, industrial equipment, or related technical roles.

Knowledge of industrial utility systems including compressors, pumps, boilers, refrigeration systems, CO₂ generation equipment, ventilation systems, and wastewater treatment facilities.

Understanding of preventive maintenance principles, troubleshooting techniques, and equipment reliability practices.

Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Environmental Protection, and Industrial Safety requirements.

Strong analytical thinking and ability to work effectively under pressure and during emergency situations.

High level of responsibility, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and understand technical documentation, operating manuals, and maintenance procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Languages: Uzbek, Russian; English proficiency at a level sufficient to understand technical documentation.
