All about the role:

At the Electrolux Food Foundation (EFF), together with our partners, we have a mission to inspire sustainable cooking and eating habits among consumers and professionals, and to support people in need.

What you'll do:

As an Electrolux Food Foundation Analyst, you will play a key role in bringing the Foundation’s mission to life across the region. Acting as a connector between internal teams, external partners and local communities, you will coordinate social impact initiatives that promote sustainable cooking and eating habits while supporting people in vulnerable situations. Working closely with global and regional stakeholders, you will lead project execution, monitor results, and continuously seek new ways to maximize the positive impact of our programs.

In detail, you will:

  • Act as an ambassador of the Electrolux Food Foundation's mission and initiatives across the organization;

  • Coordinate the implementation of Foundation programs, ensuring alignment with global strategies and local needs;

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with NGOs, public institutions, suppliers, schools, community organizations and other partners;

  • Manage project timelines, logistics, budgets, suppliers and stakeholder communications to ensure successful program delivery;

  • Coordinate activities related to the Like a Chef and Food Heroes programs, including trainings, workshops, events and graduation ceremonies;

  • Support facilitator onboarding, engagement and development to ensure high-quality program execution;

  • Track project KPIs, monitor progress against targets and prepare reports to measure social impact;

  • Collect and organize data, testimonials, photos and communication materials to support sustainability reporting and internal communications;

  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and expansion of Foundation initiatives;

  • Represent the Foundation at events, meetings and networking opportunities when required;

  • Support employee engagement activities connected to the Foundation's social impact agenda;

  • Ensure effective communication among partners and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and long-term relationships.

As part of our continuous improvement culture, you will also participate in projects and activities related to Lean Thinking (EMS / EAI).

Who you are:

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Social Sciences, International Relations, or related fields;

  • Experience coordinating events, trainings, social projects, educational programs, or community initiatives activities;

  • Experience working with external suppliers, partners, public institutions or other stakeholder groups;

  • Project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;

  • Communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and create collaborative partnerships;

  • Advanced English;

  • Availability to travel when required.

Where you'll be:

You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office. Located in Prado Velho, it is a new Electrolux location designed from the start to allow for more efficient, connected and flexible collaboration between Electrolux’s support teams.
