Job Description

Priama zodpovednosť:

• zodpovedá za montáž predpísaného počtu jednotiek v požadovanej kvalite
• zodpovedá za pridelené pracovné náradie
• zodpovedá za riadne oboznámenie sa s pracovnými postupmi a ich prílohami
• zodpovedá za udržiavanie poriadku a čistoty na svojom pracovisku

Pracovná náplň:

• príprava montážnych dielov podľa dokumentácie
• zapájanie jednotlivých komponentov podľa dokumentácie a výrobnej objednávky
• vizuálna kontrola všetkých zapojených komponentov
• odstránenie nečistôt vzniknutých počas výrobného procesu
• práca s technickou dokumentáciou a s príslušnou výrobnou objednávkou
• príprava potrebných súčiastok na montáž v súlade s výrobnou objednávkou
• vykonávanie ručných a strojových operácií napr.: strihanie, vŕtanie, odihlovanie, brúsenie, rezanie závitov,
• montáž súčiastok a kontrola podľa technickej dokumentácie,
• finálna montáž a skompletizovanie pripravených komponentov a častí, lepenie izolácií,
• evidencia pracovných úkonov podľa príslušnej výrobnej objednávky,
• identifikácia nezhodného výrobku, resp. komponentu a informovanie majstra o tejto skutočnosti,
