Responsibilities

• Partaking in hands-on training by shadowing the vendors during the system installations
• Managing an ongoing, continuous analysis and review of data to ensure efficiency is always achieved
• Participating in establishing the maintenance plan for our automated sorting process and supporting equipment.
• Conducting mechanical, electrical and software maintenance as required
• Management and analysis of KPI’s

Qualifications

• 3-5 years relevant experience in the field of electromechanics.
• Post- secondary diploma (College) as Electrical/Mechanical Technician.
• Embraces change and has a continuous improvement mindset.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to quickly understand and identify issues and implement solutions.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work autonomously.
