position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our

What you´ll do

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems supporting chemical manufacturing operations.
  • Diagnose and repair motors, drives, PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, conveyors, pumps, mixers, and automated production systems.
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability, uptime, and production efficiency.
  • Install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation, control devices, and electrical components used in chemical processing operations.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), hazardous energy control, and chemical handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and root cause corrective actions.

What makes you a good fit

  • Associate degree or technical certification in Electromechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • 5 + years of electro-mechanical maintenance experience in a chemical, manufacturing, processing, or industrial environment.
  • Experience troubleshooting PLCs, VFDs, motors, instrumentation, and automated production equipment.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems (120V–480V), mechanical systems, and industrial safety practices.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and respond effectively to production equipment breakdowns.
  • 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday) 3:00PM to 11:00PM CST.

The
hourly pay range for this role is $42.97. This range reflects the
good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to
offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified
as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with
federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in
this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or
other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also
offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation
will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training,
certifications, and work location. This job posting is intended to comply with
