As an Electrification Site Solution Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing customer- or site-facing electrification solutions, covering system definition, key technology selection, integration validation, and deployment support. You will translate business and on-site requirements into implementable engineering solutions, ensuring the right balance among performance, safety, reliability, cost, and manufacturability, while working closely within the E&ES organization and across cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end solution delivery from concept to deployment.
作为 Electrification Site Solution Development Engineer（能源现场解决方案开发工程师），你将负责面向客户或应用现场的电气化解决方案设计与开发，覆盖系统方案定义、关键技术选型、集成验证及落地支持。你将把业务与现场需求转化为可实施的工程方案，确保解决方案在性能、安全性、可靠性、成本与可制造性之间取得平衡，并在E&ES组织内与跨职能团队紧密协作，推动解决方案从概念到部署的全流程实现。

Key Responsibilities（关键职责）

• Participate in and lead the design and development of electrification site solutions, supporting the full process from requirements analysis to engineering implementation.
  参与并主导 能源现场解决方案的设计与开发，支持从需求分析到工程落地。
• Translate customer and site requirements into system- and component-level technical specifications, interface definitions, and design solutions.
  将客户/现场需求转化为系统与部件级技术规格、接口定义和设计方案。
• Support solution integration, prototype validation, testing, and performance analysis, and participate in issue troubleshooting and improvement activities.
  支持方案集成、原型验证、测试与性能分析，参与问题定位与改进。
• Collaborate with system, electrical, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and quality teams to advance design reviews and technical decisions.
  与系统、电气、软件、机械、制造及质量团队协作，推进设计评审和技术决策。
• Support technical selection, supplier evaluation, and solution validation for key components and subsystems.
  支持关键部件与子系统的技术选型、供应商评估及方案验证。
• Participate in cost, manufacturability, and reliability assessments to ensure the solution meets business objectives.
  参与成本、可制造性和可靠性评估，确保解决方案满足业务目标。
• Prepare and maintain solution descriptions, design documents, and test reports.
  编写并维护解决方案说明、设计文档和测试报告。
• Continuously monitor new technologies and industry trends related to electrification and energy systems, and identify opportunities to optimize solutions.
  持续关注电气化与能源系统相关新技术和行业趋势，识别并推动方案优化机会。

Required Skills（必备技能）

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related majors).
  工程类本科及以上学历（电气工程、电子工程、机电一体化或相关专业）。
• Product / solution design and development capability able to complete solution design, validation, and problem solving in accordance with engineering processes.
  产品/解决方案设计与开发能力：能够按照工程流程完成方案设计、验证与问题解决。
• Technical analysis and problem-solving capability strong structured analysis and systems thinking skills.
  技术分析与问题解决能力：具备结构化分析与系统性思考能力。
• Cross-team collaboration and communication skills able to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clearly articulate technical solutions.
  跨团队协作与沟通能力：能够与多学科团队高效协作并清晰表达技术方案。
• Familiar with engineering documentation, design review, and test validation processes.
  熟悉工程文档编制、设计评审及测试验证流程。
• Strong learning agility and a strong sense of engineering ownership and responsibility.
  具备良好的学习能力和工程责任感。

Professional Skills（专业技能）

• Experience in electrification, energy systems, or related site solution development.
  具有电气化、能源系统或相关现场解决方案开发经验。
• Familiarity with system integration, interface definition, or application-scenario-level testing.
  熟悉系统集成、接口定义或应用场景级测试。
• Experience in prototype development, on-site validation, or system debugging.
  具备原型开发、现场验证或系统调试经验。
• Experience in supplier collaboration or cross-regional projects.
  有供应商协同或跨区域项目经验。
• Understanding of methods related to quality, continuous improvement, or cost control.
  了解质量、持续改进或成本控制相关方法。

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
