Essel is actively seeking skilled Electricians and Plumbers to join our growing team. Our ideal candidates will have a solid background in electrical or plumbing systems, with a focus on installation, maintenance, and repair.

Responsibilities:

• Install maintain, and repair electrical systems and plumbing fixtures in residential settting
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues to identify effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local and national electrical and plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other trades and contractors on various projects.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients.
• Maintain organized documentation of work performed, inspections, and service agreements.

Requirements

• Valid electrical or plumbing license (as applicable)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical or plumbing work
• Strong understanding of electrical and plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
