• Misafir odalarından, genel alanlardan, ön bürodan ve arka ofislerden gelen arıza taleplerini cevaplamak ve oteli her zaman iyi durumda tutmak.
• Koruyucu bakım programını uygulanması ve bütün ekipmanların gerekli standartlarda saklanmasının sağlanması.
• Bütün araç ve gereçleri ve çalışma alanlarını güvenli bir çalışma ortamı oluşturmak ve maliyetten tasarruf etmek için iyi ve çalışır durumda olduğundan emin olmak.
• Bütün acil durum çağrılarının acil ve efektif olarak cevaplanmasını sağlamak.
• Yangın durumunda sağlık ve güvenlik yönetmelikleri doğrultusunda gerekli prosedürleri takip etmek.
• Konuklar ve çalışanların sağlık ve güvenliğini korumak için güvenli ve çevreye zarar vermeyecek şekilde çalışmalar yürütmek ve bunların yanı sıra çevreyi korumak.
• Otelin çevre, sağlık ve güvenlik politikaları ve prosedürlerine uymak.
• Havuzun marka ve yerel standartları çerçevesinde işletilmesini sağlamak
• BMS sistemini tam olarak bilmek ve aktif olarak çalışır olduğundan emin olmak
• Gerekli tüm çalışmaları yapmak ve vardiya bitiminde yapılan çalışmaları kaydetmek.
• Kendi sorumluluğundaki otel sistemlerini tam olarak bilmek ve çalışır durumda olduğundan emin olmak.
• Mühendislik direktörü tarafından belirlenen diğer görevlerden sorumlu olmak.

Nitelikler

• Üniversitelerin, Yüksek Okulların ve Meslek Liselerinin ilgili bölümlerinden mezunu olmak veya Meb onaylı Mesleki Yeterlik Belgesi sahibi olmak
• Tercihen Otelcilik sektöründe 2-5 yıl tecrübe sahibi olmak
• Vardiyalı çalışma düzenine uyum sağlayabilmek
• Tercihen pratik İngilizce bilgisine sahip olmak
