We are hiring qualified candidates for a Full-Time Electrician Technical Assistant position. This opportunity is designed for individuals with hands-on electrical experience who are looking to strengthen their technical skills, earn certification, and build a long-term career in an in-demand trade.

Training Program & Schedule

• Paid, structured training provided
• Six (6) weeks of virtual instruction, followed by one (1) week of in-person practical training
• Certification issued after successful completion of the training program
• Training begins February 16th
• Interviews will be conducted late January through early February

Job Duties

• Support licensed electricians with electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair work
• Apply prior electrical experience while learning advanced electrical systems
• Maintain compliance with electrical codes, safety guidelines, and company procedures
• Assist with job site setup, organization, and safety
• Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Access to a personal computer and reliable internet for virtual training
• Valid United States driver’s license
• Authorization to work legally in the United States
• Willingness to undergo a background screening
• Willingness to complete a drug test
• Ability to attend all scheduled training sessions
