What We Offer

  • Casual Role FIFO from Perth to Port Hedland
  • Roster – typically an 8/6, but can vary dependant on BHP’s planning requirements
  • Rotating Day & Night shifts per swing

The Opportunity

Downer’s Energy & Utilities business is seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to join our casual WA team as part of our ongoing Core Crew working on continual rotating shutdown at BHP’s Port Hedland operations. The work scope includes but is not limited to routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs to a variety of electrical equipment.

About You

  • Current WA Electrical Licence along with current CPR & LVR
  • Current Driver’s Licence and a White Card
  • Confined Space, Gas Test Atmospheres, Working at Heights & Fire Certificate within 5 years
  • Current EWP licence (Highly desirable)
  • Heavy industrial experience as well as previous FIFO experience
  • MSIC (Desirable)
