We are currently looking for an Electrician / Millwright (Dual Ticket 442A & 433A) for our facility located in Brampton We are looking for a team player for whom the challenges of a manufacturing environment are what you are searching for. You will work in collaboration with the production department and will be responsible for the proper functioning of production equipment and mechanical installations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure optimal performance of equipment.
• Respond to service calls quickly.
• Identify and diagnose breakdowns, irregularities, and failures.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Installation of electromechanical equipment.
• Perform safety improvements on equipment.
• Respect the standards of quality as well as health and safety at work.

QUALIFCATIONS

• Valid Millwright 443A license.
• Valid Electrician 442A license.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a licensed Millwright or equivalent.
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting, an asset.
• Good troubleshooting knowledge.
• Pneumatics and hydraulics knowledge.
• Able to read and understand machine drawings.
• Good physical condition.
• Autonomous, methodical, and efficient.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexibility to respond to emergency calls outside shift, if required.
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team to complete major projects.
