
The Electrician II position plays a vital role in maintaining and repairing electrical systems across various City of Austin facilities, including EMS and Fire Stations. This position involves a range of electrical tasks, collaborating with facility managers and staff. This includes maintenance, repairs, inspections, and coordination of electrical work in City of Austin buildings. Under general supervision, this position leads and performs tasks in repair, installation, maintenance, and testing of electrical equipment and circuits.

This position is classified as NON-EXEMPT.
Overtime may be required with or without notice.
