The Electrician – Facility Management is responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment across residential, commercial, and industrial properties. The role ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical installations while maintaining compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

The key duties and responsibilities of the Electrician include, but are not limited to:

• Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults.

• Install and maintain wiring, lighting, DBs, and power systems.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

• Read and interpret electrical drawings.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical or equivalent.

• Minimum 2+ years of UAE experience

• Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Ability to read electrical drawings and use testing tools.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
