Als Field Service Technician in ons Energy and Charging Field Service-team speel je een cruciale rol om ervoor te zorgen dat zowel onze Energy Storage-producten als onze Superchargers optimaal functioneren. Onze Energy Storage-producten zijn cruciaal bij het oplossen van de intermittentie van hernieuwbare energiebronnen zoals wind en zon om de overgang naar een groener elektriciteitsnetwerk te versnellen. Ons Supercharging-netwerk is het grootste wereldwijde snellaadnetwerk ter wereld en stelt onze klanten in staat om comfortabel lange afstanden af te leggen. As an electrician in our Energy and Charging Field Service team, you will play a vital role in making sure both our Energy Storage products and our Superchargers are operating at their best. Our Energy Storage products help solve the problem with the inconsistent supply of wind and solar power, accelerating the transition to a greener electricity network. Our Supercharging network is the largest global, fast charging network in the world and enables our customers to travel long distances comfortably. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and repairs along with commissioning activities across various locations within the Netherlands. What You’ll Do

NEDERLANDS

• Uitvoeren van alle on-site technische activiteiten met betrekking tot de installatie, inbedrijfstelling, reparatie, onderhoud van onze Energy storage en Supercharging netwerk in Nederland en in het buitenland wanneer nodig
• Oplossen van problemen en uitvoeren van root-cause analyses, zowel op afstand als op locatie
• Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor aannemers
• Analyseren van terugkerende problemen en feedback geven aan de engineering teams
• Voorbereiden, organiseren en plannen van je eigen technische activiteiten

ENGLISH

• Perform all on-site technical activities related to the installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance of our Energy storage and Supercharging network in the Netherlands and abroad when needed
• Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis, both remotely and on-site
• Act as the first point of contact to contractors
• Analyze recurring issues and provide feedback to the engineering teams
• Prepare, organize, and plan your technical activities

What You’ll Bring

NEDERLANDS

• Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als technicus op het gebied van elektrotechniek, ervaring in een rol in het veld is een pre
• Ervaring met elektrische systemen voor laag- en middenspanning, hoogspanning is een pluspunt
• Een passie voor hernieuwbare energie
• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken, gemotiveerd en een proactieve houding
• Flexibel in reizen
• Vloeiend in Engels
• Geldig rijbewijs
• EU-werkvergunning

ENGLISH

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a technician in the electrical engineering field, experience in a field-based role is a plus
• Experience with Low- and Medium Voltage electrical systems, High Voltage is a plus
• A passion for renewable energy
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently, motivated and a proactive attitude
• Flexible towards travelling
• Fluency in English
• Valid driver’s license
• EU work authorization
