The Opportunity – Electrician: Commercial Foreman

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Commercial Electrician WORKING Foreman to lead our commercial construction team. This role is for someone who thrives in leadership, communicates well, and is committed to delivering excellence on commercial job sites.

As a Commercial Foreman, you’ll be responsible for managing crews, coordinating jobsite activity, and ensuring each project progresses efficiently and safely. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Lead Electricians, and office team members while maintaining a high level of professionalism in the field and with clients.

Ideal Candidates: Electrician Commercial Foreman

• Enjoy serving and leading others

• Can run jobs up to 1,200 hours

• Plan layouts, schedule work, and coordinate materials to keep jobs on track

• Communicate clearly and coach team members effectively

• Track job progress and assign work accordingly

• Use technology to manage time, scheduling, and reporting

• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times

• Possess tools and skills relevant to the commercial trade

Exceptional Candidates: Electrician Commercial Foreman

• Have 5+ years of experience in the electrical field

• Have 1+ years of leadership experience running crews

• Bring innovative solutions to keep work moving efficiently

• Show urgency and take initiative to follow up and lead well

• Ask great questions and seek opportunities to grow and mentor others

$30.00 – $38.00 per hour (based on experience)
