Electrician - Arbuckle, CA
This is an hourly position

• This position offers an exciting opportunity for an Electrician in Maintenance department of Rice Mill.

Job Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to:

• Maintain all plant equipment, cleaning and maintenance of MMC panels, junction boxes, breaker panels, plant lighting and cooling units.
• Work well with others
• Good attendance
• Not afraid of heights
• Can work overtime each day
• Assist in Maintenance Department as needed.
• Enforcement of all ADM policies and procedures
• Assist in completing JSA’s
• Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures.
• Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values
• Ability to manage a diverse team
• Able to communicate with all levels of the organization

Qualifications

• Forklift qualified
• Knowledge of 220 volt single phase power
• Knowledge of 110 volt single phase power
• Knowledge of low voltage DC power
• Knowledge of common hand and power tools

Physical Requirements:

• Walking and/or standing for extended periods of time
• Working in environments at varying temperatures and noise levels

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay for this position is expected to be:

$30-$36 p/hr
