Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrician to join our dynamic team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing electrical systems and equipment while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. As an Electrician, you will play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly, working collaboratively with other team members to deliver exceptional results. • Maintain and repair all electrical systems, including troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and electrical system installations
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on all equipment as assigned and document findings accurately
• Install wiring, devices, and temporary power installations while adhering to all safety protocols
• Ensure strict adherence to OSHA, NEC codes, and local UAE electrical regulations and safety standards
• Conduct comprehensive safety checks on all electrical devices and systems
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical literature, and maintenance instructions with precision
• Operate and maintain in-house lighting control systems and related equipment
• Assist with setup, teardown, and distribution of temporary power for events and special projects
• Maintain adequate inventory of parts and supplies while keeping assigned work areas clean and organized
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve electrical issues efficiently
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals

Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

• Journeyman electrician certification or equivalent
• Minimum five years of verifiable commercial electrical experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA and NEC codes and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical literature
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in preventative maintenance and electrical system installation
• Material handling equipment certification as required
• Knowledge of local UAE electrical codes and standards

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Additional certifications in specialized electrical systems or technologies
• Experience with lighting control systems and temporary power installations
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios to practical situations
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights safely

• Good physical condition with regular ability to bend, kneel, and reach
• Capability to lift and move heavy materials regularly
• Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the workday
• Comfort working in both indoor and outdoor environments across varying seasons
