About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated Electrician to join our team, based out of our Dandenong South depot.

This role offers variety, travel, and the chance to work on construction projects. If you’re ready to make a real impact, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities include

  • Construction, Inspection, and Testing of electrical substations and associated equipment, either connected to the Electricity Distribution/Transmission Network or intended to be connect to the Electricity Network
  • Operating plant and equipment with confidence, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely
  • Delivering high-quality work that meets industry standards while strictly adhering to safety guidelines and regulations, including the Safety Act, VESI Guidelines, Network Installation Regulations, and OH&S

About You

We’re excited to welcome someone with a strong foundation in electrical work who’s eager to join a collaborative, safety-first team and has experience as an electrician in the construction environment, with a passion for hands-on work.

  • Communicate easily with both internal and external stakeholders and enjoy being part of a close-knit team
  • Approach each day with a positive, “can-do” attitude and a commitment to getting things done the right way
  • Willing to travel and stay away from home when required
  • Cert III Electrotechnology/equivalent
  • Victorian A Grade Electrical Licence
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence
  • ESI Worker; High Risk Work Licence (EWP, Dogging, Rigging); First Aid Training; White/Blue/Red Card (OHS Construction Induction)
