JA Ocean View Hotel is looking for a skilled and proactive Electrician to join our Engineering Team and help us deliver exceptional experiences every day.

Your Day-to-Day Mission

· Respond promptly to electrical maintenance requests and breakdowns

· Inspect and maintain garden, outdoor, and property lighting systems

· Service Electrical Distribution Boards (DBs), HV and LV Rooms

· Conduct weekly testing and maintenance of standby generators

· Install, troubleshoot, and maintain CCTV systems and cabling

· Test and service emergency exit lighting systems

· Maintain kitchen insect killer units and other electrical equipment

· Support fire-life safety systems and electrical compliance requirements

· Maintain lighting systems for recreational facilities including football pitches, tennis courts, and driving ranges

Your Skills & Expertise

Education

🔹 Electrical Certification / Certified Trade License

Experience

🔹 Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

🔹 Experience within 5-star hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, facilities management, or residential buildings

Skills

🔹 Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding abilities

🔹 Intermediate computer skills

🔹 Good English communication skills

🔹 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
