Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
•  Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, circuits, and fixtures.
• Operate and maintain ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) Panels and related electrical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in three-phase electrical systems and power distribution networks.
• Support maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC and air conditioning electrical components.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational requirements.
• Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure adherence to company safety procedures and electrical regulations.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma in Electrical Technology or a related field.
• Relevant electrical certifications will be considered an advantage.
• Sound understanding of electrical safety standards and maintenance practices.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an Electrician in hotels, commercial buildings, or industrial facilities.
• Hands-on experience with ATS Panels, electrical troubleshooting, and power distribution systems.
• Experience working with three-phase electrical systems and HVAC-related electrical maintenance.
