Location: Higher Brocks Plantation, Teigngrace, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 6QZ
Hours of work: 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm
Salary: £36,805.33 per annum

This role is ideal for Electricians from manufacturing, heavy industry or process‑plant environments who want long‑term stability, proper training, and a better work–life balance than the usual shift‑based world.

The team need another skilled Electrician to help keep the site running safely, efficiently, and with fewer unplanned stoppages. What you’ll be doing
Providing Electrical support across fixed plant and key equipment
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance to keep plant availability high
Fault‑finding and resolving Electrical issues with a logical approach
Completing risk assessments and maintaining high safety standards
Working in confined spaces and at height (so you’ll need to be comfortable with both)
If your background includes manufacturing, quarrying, mining, aggregates, chemical, food production or similar process environments, you’ll recognise the pace and expectations straightaway.

What you’ll need
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering
18th Edition Wiring Regulations preferable but not essential
Full UK driving licence
Experience working on industrial fixed plant
If you’re practical, safety‑minded, and confident in Electrical fault‑finding, you’ll settle in quickly.
