製造設備の電気制御を担当。調合工程から充填/包装工程まで幅広い設備の電気制御や保全に携わっていただきます。
入社後2-3週間で安全教育や品質管理、化粧品製造の基礎知識などの研修プログラムに参加いただいた後、安定稼働、量産体制に向けて製造設備の電気制御を担当として業務を行っていただく予定です。
安定稼働後も、継続的な改善活動を行っていく原動力となっていただきたいと思っています。
