Essential Functions:
Education:
Requireshighschool diploma or GED.
Licenses/Certifications:
Valid Ohio Driver’s License.
Experience:
Completion of the 2-year University of Akron or other state approved sponsored apprenticeship program for trade orRequiresa minimum of 5 yearsof electriciantrades experiences.Ability tooperateand use standard powered and nonpowered tools and equipment typically associated with the electrical trade requiredAbility to perform mathematics associated withtrade applications (fractions, ratios, percentages) requiredAbility to read, write and accurately follow oral, written and graphicinstructionsrequired
Leadership:
Responsible for directing andmonitoringthe work ofstudentand/or temporary workers.
Physical Requirements:
Considerable physical exertion required involving bending, stooping, crawling, climbing,liftingor carrying heavy items (over 50 lbs. -- 75 lbs.) and periodically (up to 1/3 of time) working in difficult or awkward positions.

Electrician: $22.38hr., after one year $23.07hr.+ Full Benefits + Pension & Paid Time Off
