KOSTAL IRELAND GmbH, is a global manufacturing business which manufactures electronic devices for the automotive industry. With over 700+ highly skilled people on our team here in Ireland, located in Abbeyfeale in Limerick and Mallow in Cork.

To ensure that electrical services are kept in good working order in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Development process for all new tools and materials.
• More complex maintenance tasks needing external supplier support.
• Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance of all main plant services.
• Installation of Electrical / Mechanical services for new production / facilities.
• Maintenance of automatic systems including logistics and waste water treatment.
• Ensuring that all necessary spares are ordered and in stock.
• Organise workload on shift including internal and external services.
• Be available to work on any shift and support both plants as required.
• Proactively demonstrate your responsibility for health, safety and environmental (EHS) issues among your team, as well as their well-being, ensuring your team also accepts their individual responsibility for such matters.
• Adherence to environmental procedure and reaching Company environmental targets essential.

Qualifications

Junior and Senior Trades Electrical. PLC Training desirable.

Very good computer knowledge experience

Product and process knowledge

Excellent electrical knowledge

Excellent knowledge of machines and equipment
