Introduction
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our Repairs Team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Repairs & maintenance and improvement of our Residents homes and communal infrastructure. As an Electrician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our electrical systems.
What’s the role?
Essentially the role is within the repairs directorate to deliver electrical repairs to wiring systems within our housing stock .
Repairing and Installing Lights / sockets / showers / Smoke – Heat Alarms / Consumer units / storage heaters / Lateral mains supply – Power to boilers carry out Electrical Installation condition Reports and using our electrical software to record and to provide certification.

What we’re looking for
We are looking for a dynamic team player and problem solver.
We require someone who can work well within challenging situations and solutions driven. You should be able to read and interpret a good working Knowledge of BS7671 18th edition.
Location
The job is a field based role working primarily in borough of Lewisham with our offices based in Laurence House, Catford, London, SE6 4RU.

Salary
£45,852 - £47,925 per annum (PO2).
N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
