Electrician South East & South West London

Salary: £35,047 - £40,730 per annum
Location: SE & SW London
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified Electrician to join our growing team, covering South East and South West London This role offers a competitive salary, a company vehicle, and great benefits, working across a mix of residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate will be 18th Edition certified, confident working independently, and committed to delivering high-quality electrical work. Experience in inspection, testing, and remedial work is essential, while additional skills in access control, CCTV, or fire alarms are a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out periodic inspections and testing on single and three-phase electrical installations.
• Prepare and complete Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)
• Perform remedial work following EICR reports.
• Work across residential and commercial properties to complete installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• City & Guilds 2330 Level 2 & 3 (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
• City & Guilds 2391 or 2395 Inspection & Testing
• Minimum 2 years experience as a qualified electrician (domestic experience required).
• Full UK driving licence with at least 1 year of driving experience
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with CCTV, access control, intercom systems, or fire alarms (preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
