Job Overview
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, lighting systems, appliances, and equipment within the hotel.
Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Troubleshoot electrical faults, identify causes of failure, and implement effective solutions promptly.
Ensure that all electrical work complies with national electrical codes and safety regulations.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and equipment inspections for reference and audit purposes.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and execute electrical projects or upgrades.
Advise management on potential improvements to electrical systems for safety and efficiency.
Ensure that all tools, equipment, and materials required for electrical tasks are available and properly maintained.
Respond to emergency electrical issues promptly to minimize disruption to hotel operations.
Certificate or Diploma in
Electrical Engineering or a related field
.
Licensed electrician with at least 1–2 years of experience in commercial or hospitality settings.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
