Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum
Colten Developments is looking for experienced, fully qualified electricians on an employed or self-employed basis to work as part of our refurbishment team.
As a self-employed electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of electrical installations to a high standard, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety procedures.
Your duties will include first fix, second fix, single and three phased installations, conducting fault finding and troubleshooting, you will also be responsible for implementing data cabling solutions, ensuring proper installation and functionality.
The role requires working independently and demonstrating safe isolation procedures to maintain a safe working environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
18th Edition 2nd Amendment qualification
Inspection & Testing certification
Valid UK driving license and access to own transport for job duties
Own tools & test equipmentwill be required.
