Hiring Requirements
As a Skilled Trade Associate at Bimbo Canada,

Must hold at least appropriate Red Seal Industrial Electrician License
Experience in food manufacturing and industrial setting is an asset
Will be installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in manufacturing and industrial environments This includes high-voltage distribution, three-phase power, and automated machinery
Requires strong technical expertise and strict adherence to safety protocols, including managing risks like arc flash.
CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) knowledge would be an asset
Adherence with safety requirements and policies, eg.
Ensures lock out tag out policy adherence is enforced by self and others
Ensures all procedures are in accordance with Health & Safety legislation, Company Joint Safety Committee programs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
