1.
Develop and update electrical and PLC models using Revit, AutoCAD, or other BIM 360.
2.
Create 3D models of electrical components, including cable trays, conduits, power distribution, control panels, and PLC wiring.
3.
Ensure clash detection and coordination with other trades (mechanical, architectural, structural).
4.
Work with Navisworks or similar tools for model review and conflict resolution.
5.
Interpret electrical and PLC schematics, single-line diagrams, and panel layouts to develop BIM models.
6.
Integrate PLC components, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts into the model.
7.
Prepare schedules for cable trays, conduits, junction boxes, and PLC panels.
8.
Manage Revit families and parametric components for electrical elements.
9.
Assist with model-based quantity take-offs (QTOs) and material estimation.
