Title: Electrical Engineer (AutoCAD)
Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 plus Excellent Benefits including 401k match!
Location: Hybrid must live in Southern California

Are you an ambitious Electrical Engineer ready to dive into the dynamic, multidisciplinary engineering world? If you're excited about fieldwork, project management, and tackling the challenges of design, development, and ongoing maintenance, then join our team! We’re not just looking for an engineer; we’re looking for a forward-thinking team member who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to make an impact who can do electronic cad layout – solar designs and also be involved with some controls work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on exciting projects involving renewable energy, microgrids, fuel cells, and linear generators.
  • Utilize your AutoCAD expertise to understand and create control drawings and designs.
  • Engage in fieldwork to oversee the implementation and maintenance of engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Tackle day-to-day challenges that arise from the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of complex systems.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and control drawing/design.
  • California-based, with a willingness to travel for fieldwork.
