Heated Mechanical Services is a Kent-based mechanical contractor delivering coordinated plumbing, heating and renewable energy solutions across Kent, London and the wider South East.
We work with main contractors, developers, architects and consultants on commercial, new-build, refurbishment and low-carbon projects. From pre-construction and design development through to installation, commissioning and maintenance, we provide dependable support throughout the project lifecycle.
Our capabilities include plant rooms, primary and secondary heating systems, domestic hot and cold-water services, air source and ground source heat pumps, underfloor heating, radiator systems, distribution pipework, gas services, above-ground drainage, sanitaryware and ventilation.
Every package is carefully planned to integrate with the wider construction programme and coordinate effectively with other trades. We understand the importance of accurate setting out, buildable designs, controlled procurement, clear communication, safe working practices and thorough quality assurance.
Our team combines practical site experience with strong technical knowledge and hands-on project management. This enables us to identify risks early, resolve issues efficiently and maintain consistent standards from pre-construction through to completion. Whether delivering a complete mechanical package or a specialist scope, our focus remains on programme, quality, performance and reliability.
We believe the buildings of the future should be efficient, reliable and sustainable. Low-carbon technologies only achieve their full potential when systems are correctly designed, installed, commissioned and maintained. Our approach focuses on real-world performance, energy efficiency, maintainability and long-term value—not simply the installation of equipment.
Our goal is to be a dependable mechanical-services partner for commercial construction projects throughout the South East.
