RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage workload allocation for team members.
• Monitor proposal completion process in terms of time and quality.
• Manage stakeholders' interface with electrical tendering department.
• Assess risks associated by each tender.
• Ensure client satisfaction and compliance to client requirement.
• Control department goals and its share in achieving organization annual turnover.
• Monitor team member daily tasks and achievements.
• Control department budget and manpower plan.
• Attend meeting with Clients, suppliers, engineering firms and other stakeholders.
• Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best prices during tender stage.
• Prepare high level estimates to the newly received tenders.
• Develop strategies based on conducted analysis to improve the department outcome.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
- From 10-15+ years of experience.
