Purpose of the Role
BGIS is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to support a newly secured Victorian Government services portfolio located within a significant civic precinct in East Melbourne. In this hands-on role, you will deliver planned and reactive electrical maintenance across essential public facilities, ensuring systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work collaboratively with BGIS teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to meet contract KPIs while maintaining strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
This opportunity suits a qualified, safety-focused electrician who values teamwork, steady workmanship, and contributing to important community infrastructure.
