Electrical Systems Test Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Systems Test Engineer with approximately 5 years of relevant experience to join our Clients team. The ideal candidate will define and validate the test environment, integrate, verify, and validate electrical systems in accordance with component interfaces and expected system behaviour. This role involves working collaboratively within a team to test and verify electrical systems, ensuring quality and readiness before release.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and validate the testing environment, ensuring alignment with component interfaces and expected system behaviours.
• Integrate, verify, and validate electrical systems, executing tasks according to established plans and directives.
• Collaborate with team members to perform testing and verification of electrical systems based on a clearly defined test scope.
• Analyze delivered test results, applying knowledge to address undefined parameters and resolve testing issues.
• Maintain operational responsibility in day-to-day activities while delivering according to defined methods, expected inputs, and outputs.
• Lead system engineering efforts within a technical team, ensuring quality assurance and readiness prior to product release.
• Support and mentor junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
• Develop a broad T-shaped profile while maintaining depth in electrical systems expertise.
• Cultivate influence and work confidently within the wider organizational network, clearly articulating the value generated within the team.

Qualifications:

• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in electrical systems testing and verification.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions from test results.
