Job Description

We are looking for an Electrical System Engineer to join our engineering team and support the design and development of outdoor enclosure solutions for Telecom and Data Center applications In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality electrical system designs from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for outdoor enclosures, including DC power systems, climate solutions, battery backup systems, and related accessories, based on technical specifications and customer requirements
• Prepare electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, and complete technical documentation for system solutions
• Design AC and DC cabling and control harnesses, create Bills of Materials (BOMs), specifications, and testing instructions
• Select, size, and specify electrical components according to functional and regulatory requirements
• Manage design changes, reviews, and approvals within the PLM system
• Participate in prototype builds, functional testing, verification activities, and factory acceptance testing (FAT)
• Provide engineering support to manufacturing and assist with technical problem-solving
• Conduct and participate in cross-functional design reviews
• Visit customers and suppliers as required to support development and issue resolution
• Continuously develop technical skills and actively seek professional growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Background in electrical engineering or a related technical field
• Experience with electrical system design, preferably for outdoor, industrial, telecom, or data center applications
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally
