About the role

Ready to step into a leadership role shaping the future of digital infrastructure?

We’re looking for a strong Electrical Supervisor who leads from the front , keep the job moving and set the standard on major electrical and data centre projects for global technology clients.

What you'll do

  • Run and coordinate electrical works on site, including control cabling (ECMS, EMS, BMS) across data centre and technology projects.
  • Lead a crew of electricians, technicians and apprentices, driving safe, tidy and high-quality work on site.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Ops to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Read and interpret drawings, scopes and specs to plan works properly and avoid rework.
  • Take charge on site – coordinating contractors, engaging with clients and keeping delivery standards high.

What you'll bring

  • Current NSW Electrical Licence
  • Proven experience delivering cabling projects (bonus for ECMS, EMS, BMS) in commercial or data centre environments.
  • Confident leader who can run crews, communicate clearly and keep work moving on site.
  • Strong understanding of data cabling standards, installation best practice and site safety.
  • Self-driven problem solver who performs well under pressure and motivates teams to deliver quality outcomes.

Nice to have

  • ACMA accreditation with structured, coaxial and fibre optic endorsements.
