We’re looking for an Electrical Supervisor to lead our Central Otago Electrical team based in Alexandra. This is a hands-on leadership role with plenty of variety, where you’ll help maximise the performance of people, plant and fleet across a range of projects in the region.

You’ll work closely with the Electrical Department Manager to keep day-to-day operations running well, lift service delivery, and back your team to do good work safely. It’s a role for someone who can balance planning, people leadership, client relationships and site delivery without the stiff corporate carry-on.

  • Lead and coordinate day-to-day electrical operations across projects in Central Otago.
  • Support and develop your team, set clear expectations, and drive high standards in safety, quality and performance.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
  • Manage programme delivery, resourcing, job costing, budgets, forecasting and KPI reporting.
  • Spend time in the yard and on site to troubleshoot issues, audit work, provide direction and keep plant, fleet and crews running smoothly.

Ko wai mātou | About us

At Fulton Hogan, Good Work is about more than what we deliver. It’s how we show up, how we treat each other, and how we keep moving forward together. We’re a business built on real values, low ego teamwork and people who back themselves and each other.

We’re serious about safety, quality and doing right by our people and communities. We also know work is better when the team is down to earth, supportive and easy to get along with. That’s the balance here: relaxed in style, serious when it counts.
