Wood is currently recruiting for a Electrical Supervisor to join our team for a large-scale challenging construction project. We are looking for individuals with expertise and experience who are ready to take on new challenges and assist us achieve excellence in schedule, safety, and quality.

What makes you remarkable?

• Ensure that all construction contractors’ supervision and manpower are instructed in and comply with all aspects of the Company Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HSES) policy, site regulations, permit to work procedures and instructions and Client requirements
• Ensure that construction contractors working within his discipline adhere strictly to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) project drawings, Specifications, ITP’s, Procedures and Site Instructions
• Responsible for the HSES, and quality aspects of the work within assigned areas and for ensuring construction contractors complete their work in accordance with the project schedule
• Proactive in providing support to project team in assigned project work as and when required

• Vocation, Diploma, or bachelor’s degree in Electrical or related field
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in electrical construction work
• Experienced in Live Plant, Greenfield, and Turnaround / Revamp work
• Minimum 5 years experienced in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Power Plant, or others similar type of plants
• Good HSES awareness and commitment including skill and knowledge in preparation of Method Statement, Job Safety Analysis and Risk Assessment
• Fluent in English communication and written and Basic computer software skills
• Good team leadership in technical, interpersonal and communication skill
• Good Problem solving and Decision making
