Industrial Electrician –

• $3,500 sign-on bonus

Pay:

• Training Rate: $41.31/hr
• Certified Rate: $44.01/hr
• $3,500 sign-on bonus

Schedule Options:

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Rotating: 3 On / 3 Off, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems (Allen Bradley), 480V high-voltage circuits, VFDs, and instrumentation.
• Maintain and optimize pneumatic, hydraulic, conveyor systems, bearings, and related components.
• Use SAP and Rockwell Automation for work orders and reporting.
• Operate forklifts, manlifts, and scissor lifts safely.

What You Bring

• Strong experience with PLC programming, Allen Bradley, and industrial automation.
• Knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work in a team, follow safety protocols, and multitask effectively.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Must be 18+ and able to obtain forklift certification
