Job Description

Your role in our team

In collaboration with the Site Manager and the responsible electrical designer, you prepare the electrical installation and assembly sequences in detail before you arrive on site. You are responsible for the technical management and guidance of the subcontractors. You measure and ensure the quality of the assembly performed and ensure that schedules are adhered to.

Approx 80% of the time the job will consist of Hands On work and 20% administratively (meetings, reports, etc.) depending on the size of the project

A varied working day is guaranteed with many exciting tasks. Very often there is short deadlines because the customer needs our help here and now. No days are the same, but the primary tasks will be the following:

  • Preparation of assembly plans for electrical assembly
  • Contribute assembly relevance during electrical construction
  • Ensure quality of assembly work done
  • Coordinate assembly tasks with Site Manager
  • Ensure a high HS&E standard
  • Follow-up on schedules
  • Follow-up on delivery of materials, check correct delivery according delivery notes
  • Reporting to Site Manager
  • Run delivery task for electrical assembly
  • Participate in commissioning tasks
  • Be in close contact with the customer and maintain a good relation
  • Make sure to have the full overview over electrical installation

Your profile

  • Your theoretical background is based on electrical engineering, such as automatic technician, industrial electrician, engineer with electrician background or the like. You also have a solid technical understanding and interest in working with mechanics
  • Experience with Electrical Site Supervision
  • English language should be high level
  • Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and decisive, with high integrity
  • Proactive and adaptable, able to manage competing priorities
  • Broad knowledge in logistics business area i.e. Warehousing in general, mechanical/electrical installation
  • High-quality, solution-oriented work style with strong time, risk, and self-management
  • You accept that the number of travel days will be in the level of 150+ days per year. Weekend work and out-of-hours work will occur
