Electrical Site Manager

Health Care Facility - South London

Contract - up too £300pd - Outside IR35

Start - ASAP

Duties

• Reporting into a Project Manager

• Attendance of meetings on-site and in the office

• Oversee Electrical Site Supervisors

• Manage and oversee projects from start until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time

• Dealing with sub - contractors

• Reporting into clients, keeping the client up to date with progress reports

• Demonstrate experience in design review and working with the site team to clarify any queries prior to installation

Requirements

• SSSTS/ ECS Black Card is needed

• Working for a M&E sub - contractor is preferred

• Has experience within healthcare projects

• Previous experience as an Electrical manager

• Stable CV
