The Electrical Services Manager 2 is responsible for providing overall management / direction for small recurring and non-recurring work, including service contracts, projects, and work orders of low to medium complexity
Provideinitialclientcontacttoassessclientneedsfortheirfacility orservicecall.
Prepareacompleteestimate,budgetfortheservice contract, project, or service callwithadetailedreviewof clientrequirements
Manage 1-year to 5-year service contracts, with scope of work including electrical and fire alarm services for preventive maintenance, repairs, and subcontracts as required.
Assign tasks to staff for projects and work orders as required.
Understandtermsandrateswithclientsforfacilitatingandsustainingserviceaccounts
Manage financial aspects of contracts with the Project Assistant or Service Coordinator to protect the company’s interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the client to ensure profitability of this function.
Prepare monthly cost reports under the supervision of a Division Manager.

Fulfill division objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the boundaries of corporate policy.

Monitor overall quantity and quality of work performed by service drivers and support personnel. Execute organization's programs, policies, standards, and procedures consistent with corporate.

Proficient technical and customer services kills

Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word); Advanced skills in Excel.
Accubid and Oracle experience preferred.
Working knowledge of CMMS platforms, such as Maximo, Tririga, Archibus, Maintenance Connection, ChekHub, etc.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary

Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position.
Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player.
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others
On site and in office presence required to develop and maintain customer relationships
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a project management, service management, or facility management role
Demonstrated experience in promoting and selling service contracts to serve client needs
Can be a combination of education, training and relevant experience

General work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

Pay Range
$102,800.00-$135,000.00 Annual
