Our products are engineered for performance and durability across sectors such as healthcare, retail, education, foodservice, and industrial sites.We are looking for a skilled Electrical Service Technician / Technical Customer Service Specialist to join our technical team in our Food & Beverage divisionsupporting our customers across Greece. Location Athens or nearby Scope entire Greece Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and service visits to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Diagnose and repair issues, responding to emergency service calls and implementing effective solutions.
• Support new customer installations, ensuring proper setup and calibration.
• Provide training to customers on the safe and efficient use of dosing equipment and hygiene solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in electrical maintenance and mechanical installations
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Willingness to travel across Greece (up to two weeks per month).
• Basic knowledge in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
• Experience in customer-facing technical support
• Electrical qualification or equivalent.
• Valid, clean B-category driving license.
