We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our Asset Management & Performance Team as we expand and grow with new long-term operations and maintenance contracts with several major clients.

About the role

As a Service Engineer, you will work closely with our clients to monitor, maintain and troubleshoot a large number of assets across the country. Your key focus will be to monitor and manage asset services and O&M contracts by engaging effectively with solar market OEMs and subcontractors/in-field technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Take appropriate action as per the severity of the system alarms or issues raised by customers for their solar assets
• Support and guide site technicians to carry out maintenance work.
• Management of warranty claims.
• Provide technical support to administrators.
• Verify and interpret service reports.
• Carry out performance data analytics to identify performance gaps.
• Engage external consultants and subject matter experts, as required.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with internal and external customers.
• Manage the overall O&M contractual obligations and KPIs within the allocated budget.
• Work effectively with PMO and other teams in the company.

About you

• You will have a background in the Electrical or solar industry and/or
• A passion for establishing a career in the solar and renewables industry with relevant studies/qualifications.
• Great communication (verbal and written).
• Have the ability to influence and provide direction to stakeholders in a dynamic work environment.
• Prioritise and self-manage task loads against asset portfolio requirements.
• Excellent time management, analytical and proficiency in MS suite of programs.

New graduates with an Electrical / Renewable Engineering Degree or Diploma (or similar) are encouraged to apply.
