Power Generation / Combined Cycle (CCGT)

An international energy operation is seeking an experienced Electrical Reliability Superintendent to support maintenance, reliability, and operational uptime across combined cycle power generation facilities. This role focuses heavily on asset reliability, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational support within a remote industrial power generation environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead electrical reliability and maintenance activities.
• Support commissioning and startup operations.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Improve equipment reliability and operational uptime.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts.
• Work with power generation assets including gas turbines, steam turbines, switchgear, transformers, electrical control systems, motors, generators, and industrial automation systems.
• Utilize CMMS systems for maintenance execution and planning.
• Coordinate with operations and engineering leadership teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
• 8+ years of power generation experience.
• Strong CCGT experience required.
• Strong reliability and maintenance background required.
• Experience with SCADA, PLCs, or industrial automation preferred.
• Prior international or remote operational experience preferred.
