How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Contribute inventive electrical design ideas to R&D projects
  • Lead or support initiatives aligned with time, cost, and quality objectives
  • Coordinate prototype manufacturing and testing activities
  • Design and execute experiments to validate technical solutions
  • Document project progress and develop design rules from findings
  • Participate in intellectual property discussions and risk evaluations
  • Provide technical support to factories, marketing teams, and customers
  • Collaborate with global R&D peers to optimize electrical designs
  • Support cost‑out initiatives and design portfolio development for the South Boston location

Your Background

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in electrical design, ideally within transformers
  • R&D experience in a business or industrial environment is beneficial
  • Knowledge of magnetic, dielectric, or thermal design preferred
  • Familiarity with FEM or 2D circuit‑simulation tools is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills and a creative, solution‑oriented mindset
