
We have a new opportunity for an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join the Guinness Property team. This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, covering locations across the Greater Manchester region. The role is agile‑based, enabling flexible, collaborative working to support electrical qualification inspections.
Our national teams deliver rapid-response housing repairs, maintenance, and improvement services to ensure that our residents’ homes are safe and maintained to a high standard.
The purpose of this role is to support and guide operational colleagues and have specific responsibility for the safety, technical standard and quality of electrical installation work completed by the electrical team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Qualifying Supervisor with demonstrated expertise in delivering quality electrical testing services and maintaining full compliance with regulatory requirements, including NICEIC accreditation.
